Job Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new business opportunities for the company. You will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding the customer base. This position requires strong communication skills, confidence, and a willingness to travel within the MMR (Mumbai Metropolitan Region) to visit clients' offices.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate leads through market research, networking, and other means.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and promote the company's products or services.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to showcase the company's offerings to prospective clients.
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure seamless execution of projects and meet customer expectations.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business - opportunities.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline, and achievements to the management.
Requirements:
- Graduation degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence and ability to present ideas effectively to clients.
- Willingness to travel within the MMR to meet clients
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
