Executive - Business Development (0-3 yrs)

Overview :

As a Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for new business development for company from assigned territory & increase the market share of products across all categories.

What's Required :

- Graduation + MBA Marketing 2022/23/24 batch

- Must have secured min 60% in MBA

- 2 wheeler and a valid license is mandatory

Mandatory Skills :

Market Intelligence, Business Acumen and Analysis of Data, Receivables Management, Channel Management, Sales Management, Excellent communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal skills, Distribution

Responsibilities :

- New business development from assigned territory & increase the market share of products across all categories.

- Recovery dealers and new dealers

- Direct accountability of dealer credit management

- Support to RSM & BDM's

- Communication to dealers on policy, marketing initiatives

- Direct accountability of secondary sales

- Trade marketing activity - conduct activities 5 per month

Technical Skills :

- Should have the basic sales and marketing, distribution knowledge.

- Should have the attitude to handle customers.

- Ability to understand basic financial working on pricing, discounting, and schemes.

- Excellent analytical skills to decipher logical conclusions from the available data like Sales Trends, Competition, Pricing etc.

Personal Attributes :

- Must be Result oriented and good at Decision Making

- Influencing, Entrepreneur and Commercial thinking,

- Good networking Skills

- Pressure handling setbacks
