Executive - Business Development (0-3 yrs)
Role: "Business Development Executive"
Location: Iscon, Ahmedabad
Timing: 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST (Night Shift)
Responsibility :
1. Oversee the sales process to attract new clients.
2. Coordinate with the senior team to manage risks.
3. Keep prospective client databases updated.
4. Make cold calls for new business opportunities.
5. Conduct weekly meetings with immediate superior to discuss work progress.
6. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients, if needed.
7. Follow company guidelines and procedures for customer acquisition.
8. Participate in lead generation activities, if necessary.
9. Understand client needs and offer solutions and support.
10. Answer potential client questions and follow up on inquiries.
11. Respond to client request proposals (RFPs).
12. Maintain an updated database using CRM or Excel.
13. Collaborate with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.
14. Maintain short and long-term business development plans.
Requirements:
