Business Development Executive
- We are hiring a business development Executive to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and have a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
Business Development Executive Responsibilities :
1. Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
2. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
3. Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
4. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
5. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
6. Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
7. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
