Executive - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
We are hiring Business Development Executives across Bangalore.
As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for on-site marketing campaigns in a locality assigned to you at a large residential complex, apartment complexes, and other locations where their customers are available in bulk. Primarily you would be responsible for campaigns, explaining the benefits & features to attract potential customers.
Responsibilities
Build relationships with prospective clients
Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
Manage sales pipeline
Track metrics to ensure targets are hit
Convert potential customers into clients
Target oriented
Qualifications
Any graduation
Age below 30
Good Communication skills in English and Kannada
Freshers are welcome to join
Previous experience in B2C sales is preferred(if any)
Bike and DL
Strong negotiation skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Working days - Monday to Sunday (one weekday off)
CTC offered is 3.4 LPA.
