Executive - Business Development (0-2 yrs)
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our clientele. As a Business Development Executive at Wenger & Watson, you will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
The successful candidate must be well-versed in sales, cold calling, on-boarding new clients, be tech-savvy and intuitive with great ideas to reinforce our sales campaign
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for:
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Participate in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets
- Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, select the deals in line with strategies, and lead and facilitate pitch logistics
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Requirements :
- Proven experience as Business Development Executive or similar role
- Excellent understanding of Sales concepts and best practices
- Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working experience with sales techniques
Job Qualification :
- Bachelor's degree in in business or management or relevant field
- 6 months - 2 years experience as business development executive
