Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Faridabad
Job Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should be a fresher or have up to 1 year of experience in sales or business development. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth of the company.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and generate leads through various online and offline channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct market research to understand the business landscape and identify potential clients.
- Assist in developing business strategies to expand the company's customer base.
- Promote the company's products/services to new and existing customers.
- Schedule meetings with clients and present company offerings.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and other documents required to close deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress on sales opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-1 year of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (freshers are welcome).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and networking abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
