Executive - Business Development (0-1 yrs)
- BDE is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive outbound calls to potential clients. This role involves lead generation, relationship building, and effective communication to promote and sell products or services over the phone.
- Making Calls & Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Listening to client requirements and presenting company services to make an online sale.
- Challenging any objections with a view to getting the client to buy, negotiating the terms of an agreement, and closing sales.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers via telephone calls and emails only.
- Identifying new business and selling services to potential clients. - To ensure excellent service standards and maintain high client satisfaction.
Skills Needed :
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Any Graduation.
- Preference to the experience of telesales or services-based sales of minimum 6 months to 1 year.
- Any Graduate freshers can also apply.
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable services.
- Great negotiations skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
