Major Key Result Areas-
- Interact with Revenue and Sr. Revenue officials of Government/ taxation managers in the Private Sector on day-to-day basis;
- Carrying out qualitative and quantitative market research work
- Calling prospective clients and generate new leads.
- Build and manage a rich database of clients.
- Consulting clients about their requirements;
- Advising clients on how they can make optimal use of our products.
- Ensure timely follow-up for renewal of the services.
- Collect feedback from existing clients on regular basis about our services and provide active support as and when required.
- Set example by accomplishment of tasks assigned to you.
