Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Strategist to develop, execute, and manage brand positioning, messaging, and marketing initiatives for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and digital landscapes, ensuring our clients' brands resonate with their target audiences while maintaining consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand equity and market positioning for clients.

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand growth.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, social media, SEO, PPC, and design, to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

- Craft compelling brand narratives, messaging frameworks, and positioning statements tailored to digital audiences.

- Oversee brand campaigns across digital and social media platforms, ensuring alignment with client objectives.

- Monitor and analyze brand performance using digital analytics tools, providing recommendations for optimization.

- Develop guidelines for brand voice, visual identity, and tone across all digital communication channels.

- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep client brands relevant.

- Work closely with clients to understand their goals and translate them into effective brand strategies.

- Drive brand storytelling through content marketing, influencer collaborations, and social media marketing.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 1-4 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing, or a related role, preferably in a digital marketing agency.

- Strong understanding of digital branding principles, consumer psychology, and online marketing trends.

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.

- Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and brand performance metrics.

- Experience working with creative teams, digital marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.

- Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and brand monitoring platforms.

- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
