Executive - Brand Solutions - Advertising Firm (1-8 yrs)
We are looking for someone who has an experience into Marketing/brand solutions/sales support/ account management at a Digital Media Publishing entity / Media Agency / Creative Agency.
Qualification - Post graduate degree/diploma in Mass Communication / MBA (Marketing)
Job Description :
- This role needs a person who has the balance between marketing, creativity and commercial acumen. It will be required to understand the challenges facing a brand and recommend effective solutions for the same within the resources indicated with a core focus on maximizing revenues for the group.
- Another important key functionary of this role is to back the Sales team as a support function and work closely with them to create complete marketing solutions based proposals for the brand including rollout plan, entitlements, budgets etc.
- Drive ideation across all relevant offerings (Display, Video, Rich Media, Native Content and Social Media etc.) through brainstorming sessions along with Commercial and Editorial teams.
Role Requirements: It will require working closely with
- Direct Sales Team - Interpret brief from the sales team and understand the brand positioning, Key Marketing Challenges, Brand Objective and suggest a formidable solution within the gamut of the resources available and basis criteria that is set by brand (duration, budgets etc.)
- Client Team - Interacting closely with the client team during the execution process liaison between them and the relevant execution team members internally.
- Editorial Team - who will own the execution of the proposed solution. Maintaining timelines and ensuring that content is ready, approved and published as per the calendar.
- Social Media Team - Working closely with social media team to ensure that all our content is being published and pushed live as per the social calendar set for every campaign.
- Ad Ops Team - Work closely with the Ad Ops person and generate timely reports and share with the client.
In addition to this, the candidate will be responsible for 2 key duties as a SALES SUPPORT function -
- Media Industry Updates - to share market knowledge of various industries by scanning various news, media and industry news portals.
- Campaign Research - to keep abreast with what other publishers are offering in the market, case studies of innovative offerings, knowledge of new technology in media / social.
- Competition Analysis - Scan various competition sites and see who are the brand that are running on other sites and share with the sales team on a daily basis.
