Executive - Brand Positioning - eCommerce (2-4 yrs)
Prior experience of working in an e-commerce/online/Internet Retail Company will be an added advantage.
- Ready to do things on the ground level, having strong learning ability and adaptability.
- The ideal candidate should have a passion for all the tasks related to e-commerce and digital marketing.
- Knowledge of Inventory software Training will be provided
- Manage all aspects of the e-commerce business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns, and other online marketing, customer web analytics, and Web Technologies
- Coordinating the Creative Teams
- Manage all online activities with respect to traffic acquisition, online presence, sales, conversion,managing internal data sources, margins and reporting.
- Total oversight of operations including order management, Inventory, ownership of payment and fraud web services and transactional flow of all orders.
- Drive continued innovation and best practice implementation.
- Managing company website & Online Marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart and Manage Social Media portals Like Instagram and Facebook.
- Ensuring timely fulfillment of Orders of all panels and maintaining account health by avoiding dispatch breaches.
- Ensure the prices of the products and the offers on the website are updated and there is quality control.
- Prepare reports to check the stocks of the products. Identify and report on key performance indicators and opportunities for improvement on a regular basis
- Preparing products for listings - product details, including catalog details such as the product names and descriptions.
- Creating promotional offers and checking to see that these are uploaded precisely.
- Figuring out the trends offline and quickly plan to launch the merchandise online through different marketplace models.
- Understand current trends, opportunities, assortment, competition and buyers' vision by category of business and use this knowledge to properly assort, merchandise, and market product online.
- Position and present products within the online store in ways that exceed expectations such as conversion, average order size, average order value, customer service demand and are additive to the overall brand positioning;
