Executive - Brand & Marketing - FMCG (1-2 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Working closely with the brand manager to handle the portfolio
- Will be responsible for handling a part of the business and delivering against all matrices.
- Focus will be network and stakeholder management, and therefore follow Ups with business partners/ Channels/ Agencies in order to deliver.
- The person should be capable of data mining and analysis and also have an eye for Creative work, as he/she will be required to plan activities & work with the Creative agencies to deliver material for POS deployment etc.
- All marketing activities
- Network management and delivering all networks
- Liaise with advertising agencies, and other partners to implement routine packaging changes
- Partner commercial team in managing the brand support budget and ensuring that brand spends across activities are within the overall agreed support budget
- Partner creative agency in conceptualization and implementation of media plans for brand activations
- Lead an integrated team comprising supply chain (Planning, sourcing and purchase teams) & customer marketing functions in implementation of trade and consumer linked activities
- Working with customer marketing team to create and implement trade plans/activities/promotions
- MIS generation for monitoring progress
Personal Requirements :
- Strong team coordination & leadership skills with ability to coordinate across functions and organizations and ensure the brands agenda is carried out
- The person should have good analytical skills, written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills. He/She should be hardworking, passionate and a self-starter.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Good Communication Skills with relevant experience into Marketing
- This role would be an off role profile for a period of 6 months (Based on performance job tenure will be extended).
