Executive - Brand Management (2-4 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive campaign plans across various channels, including digital, social media, email, print, and events.
- Set campaign objectives, define target audiences, and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, creative, product, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and seamless execution of campaigns.
- Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to achieve desired outcomes within established parameters.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate insights to optimize strategies and maximize ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in campaign management and digital marketing.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven 2 yr of experience in campaign management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.
- Surat local candidates are preferable.
