Executive - Brand Building - Solar Product (4-8 yrs)

Brand Building Executive
Job Location : Gurgaon, India
Travel : 20% of the time
Key Responsibilities :
1. Analyzing & reviewing market response/requirement and strategizing product plans for accomplishing business goals.
2. Monitor market share performance of brand across various markets and implement area specific plans.
3. Conceptualizing and implementing end-to-end Marketing, Communication & Branding Strategy.
4. Managing creative agency, vendors for brand marketing.
5. Media Planning and Buying, Exposure in Vendor Management.
6. Business planning and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
7. Creation of brand positioning platforms and generation of effective communication plan.
8. Product Promotions, Developing & refining a brands in-store demonstration program.
9. Plan and execute new product launches in the channel.
10. BTL planning & execution, market activation, channel development & promotions.
Successful Candidate Profile :
1. Graduate/ Postgraduate from a premier institute.
2. Good sourcing experience for key categories - inverters, batteries, solar panels, fans, portable lights etc.
3. Advanced analytical skills with experience in collecting, organizing, analysing, and disseminating abundant information with accuracy
4. Exceptional verbal, written and visual communication skills
5. Self-motivated, self-driven with a solution-finding approach/thinking
6. Demonstrate high values of ownership in a dynamic and fast-paced-culture
7. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize and organize
8. Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
9. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
10. Planned and executed product launches across channels.
