Executive - Brand Activations - D2C Food Business (2-5 yrs)
Our client is Indias first consumer-centric, farmer-integrated egg brand. It procures fresh, chemical free eggs from farms and within 24 hours of laying, delivers them to retailers in 12 Indian cities.
Founded in 2017, by IIT Kharagpur alumni, this company was born with a passion to empower farmers and a vision to bring high-quality eggs to the Indian consumer.
The company has raised a total funding of appx $6 million (appx 50 cr), led by tier one VCs and angels. It has successfully emerged as the first egg brand in India that focuses on freshness, nutrient profile and quality of egg produce.
As a Brand Activations - Executive, You will be executing the Trade Marketing plan for Offline Brand Visibility in the allocated region
What you will do:
- Working closely with agencies to increase overall efficiency of campaigns.
- Managing execution of BTL activities across multiple touch points simultaneously.
- Managing Vendor- development of POSM and FSU.
- Ensuring complete adherence of deployment at all stores.
- Planning and executing trainings for Promoters and Field team for uniform communication.
What you need to have:
- MBA from a reputed B-School preferred
- 2-5 years of experience in brand activation, negotiation, vendor management
- Understanding of conceptualization and execution of branding activities
- Proven track record in brand campaign strategies
- Excellent Communication & presentation skills
