Urgent requirement for Bid Management Executive
Detailed JD :
- Support to develop client relationships and sales strategies
- Activities related to account mining and pursuit pipeline monitoring
- Qualify deals
- Validating client requirements
- Pursuit Management - Maintain the pursuit deliverables as to client-specific value propositions, culture, language, client specifics as required
Roles and Responsibilities :
- One Point of contact to build Tender/BID/RFP docket of documents, Reports
- Works with account team to develop client relationships and sales strategies.
- Be a trusted confidante of AE/ SE and add value to the sales thought process for the account with help to mine opportunities
- Work on qualifying opportunities
- Be the Glue across the Pursuit Eco System for the deals
- Be the Account Knowledge base for the account supported
- Engaged on sales pursuits from early sales stage 01 through sales stage 06 (sold)
- Be the End to End owner of the Pursuit Management
- Collaborates with the account team to ensure appropriate messaging and strategy is reflected in the Pursuit
- Works with account team to define Pursuit calendar
- Work closely with the account(s) AE/ SE and Industry and provide qualification support once an opportunity is identified including ensuring enabling process like DART, ARROW, OA SOAR, WSL, CSS, PEP, PQC are followed
- Ensures the pursuit team understands Pursuit process, deliverables, and due dates
- Work closely with the account(s) AE/ SE and Industry for OA L1/ L0 SOAR
- Develop initial pricing strategy for the deal ( to be deliberated and detailed )
- Coordinate with other HP Business units / Third Parties for the opportunities
- Work with the solution team and assist in developing an accurate understanding of business needs and related issues
- Identifies probable competition and evaluates relative HP strengths
- Identifies required deliverables, defines document structure, and creates/ maintains an outline to track files
- Uses HP-branded Pursuit-related tools, templates, and packaging
- Defines formatting templates, writing styles, and Pursuit development milestones, actively monitoring writing team members' progress
- Develops Pursuit production plan and communicates with support areas for efficient execution
-Tracks the status of each client deliverable and escalates issues in a timely manner
- Delivers a quality and complete Pursuit, on time
- Contract Closure Activities
- Pricing work on small deals
- Risk Module ownership for opportunities
Desired Candidate :
- Experienced Sales Support professional
- 1-3 years in pre-sales / Bid Management / Account Management activities
- Experience in leading pursuits
- Some suctioning background will be a Plus
- Industry knowledge/ flavor/ experience - Desired.
- Technical University degree or Bachelor's degree preferred- MBA an advantage
