Executive - Banquet Sales - Hotel (0-2 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for increasing the Banquet Sales for the hotel.
- To negotiate rates with the client so as to get the best deals for the Hotel.
- To co-ordinate with the executive chef regarding the menu and its pricing
- Only candidates from hospitality/good banquet sales background need to apply.
- Focus on the different social,corporate segment and customize as per guest needs
- Menu Planning & Setups discussion
- Guest Feedback / Complaint Handling
- Preparing proposal for the guests
- Sending proposals to the Guest & Taking daily follow-ups
- Managing confirmed bookings
- Candidates must possess Good Communication Skills both written & Verbal
- Pleasant personality with good demeanor
Education :
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization, BHM - Hotel Management
