Executive - Bancassurance Sales - Insurance (2-4 yrs)
Job Description:
The sales and distribution of insurance products within a bank's network are supervised and managed by a Bancassurance Executive.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Make plans for insurance distribution through the bank and put them into action.
- Develop and oversee connections with bank personnel and insurance companies.
- Provide bank employees with training and direction on insurance products and sales techniques.
- Increase public awareness of insurance by launching campaigns and projects.
- Keep an eye on sales results and modify your strategy for better results.
- Increase client retention by offering specialized insurance options.
- Keep up with the competitive environment and market developments.
Qualification and Experience:
- Graduation compulsory.
- 2+ years of experience in sales and marketing in Banking and Insurance.
- 3+ years in residential or native.
- Proven Knowledge of banking and insurance.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with agents and clients.
