Executive - Bancassurance Sales (1-4 yrs)
We are looking for a Bancassurance Sales Executive who can develop effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Role Responsibilities :
1. Manage relationships with assigned bank partners to maximize sales and revenue.
2. Conduct regular meetings with bank staff to review product performance and identify training needs.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for bank clients.
4. Address any issues or concerns raised by bank partners promptly and effectively.
5. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Requirements :
- Any Bachelor's degree
- 1+ years of experience in relationship management within the financial services industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
CTC : 3.00 LPA to 3.5 LPA + incentive + bonus
