Executive - B2C Sales & Business Development - Finance Software (2-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :
- Work with clients (primarily MSME's and Tax professionals) and internal stakeholders to construct business goals in specified markets.
- Manage end to end Sales cycle. Customer on-boarding and technical demo.
- Follow up & support to ensure customer retention Understand customer requirements, Share guidance/best practices.
- Focusses customer management to ensure sustained revenue growth and market penetration in assigned territories. Build strong relationship with internal and external customers to identify key problems proactively and to earn the status of trusted advisor for customer
Preferred Qualifications & Experience :
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Computers/Economics / Management stream from a reputed institute.
- Experience with general operation software applications like MS Office,Excel, Tally etc. will be an advantage
- Experience in Accounting, finance domain is preferred but not compulsory
- Experience in Sales and Operations is a considerable preference
Willing to travel, commute and work in the absence of a physical office at these locations.
