Job Description & Requirements :
- B2B Sales Experience is a must.
- Experience in Background screening services or HR sales domain.
- Handling of Clients and Nurturing them to Closure.
- Lead client con-calls as well as prospect visits to the site.
- Ensure to grow and assist revenue targets along with future growth targets.
- He/She must have a strong connect with companies HR.
- It would be adding advantage if having connect with Banking/Finance/Pharma/Insurance/E-commerce/IT ITES/Manufacturing/Media/Logistics
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
