Purpose of the Role
The primary focus of the role is to handle incoming inquiries, generate new clients and to develop existing business.
1. Enquiry Handling & Sales.
- The role will be required to manage incoming enquiries and will also entail proactively selling to existing and prospective clients.
- The individual is responsible for handling enquiries professionally and efficiently, referring qualified leads to the relevant Director where appropriate.
- The role will be responsible for handling sales enquiries up to point of confirmation, and will therefore require confidence in telephone handling, corporate client visits, negotiation and closing skills.
