Executive - B2B Sales - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business by prospecting and qualifying leads in the B2C market.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers through phone, email, or face- to-face meetings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into customers.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, services, and competitive landscape to effectively sell to potential customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, provide product information, and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and track all sales activities in CRM software.
- Work closely with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Stay current with industry trends, product knowledge, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in B2C sales or customer service (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent customer service orientation with a passion for helping clients.
- Goal-oriented and driven to meet sales targets.
- Ability to adapt to different sales techniques and handle objections.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
