Executive - B2B Sales/Business Development - Staffing Services (1-5 yrs)
Position : BDE (Sales)
1. Data mining for Enterprise customer segment for selling staffing services.
2. Identify big ticket players as well as SME's and growing segments in the market.
3 Prepare collateral for our staffing services sales customized to the target audience in B2B sales.
4. Developing a pipeline of prospective clients approached on a weekly basis.
5. Analysis of the feasibility of business with the response received from the client side on staffing bill rates on various positions received from the clients.
6 Requirement gathering from the client on regular basis with maintaining an aggressive relationship with client POC
