Executive/Associate - Telecalling/Business Development - Education (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for Tele calling/Business Development associate with excellent communication skills and customer handling abilities. The profile involves calling potential students for overseas education opportunities in other countries. The major responsibility of a Tele caller is to provide quality information and quality service to students and ensure student admission into a foreign university through Global Degrees.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Initiating calls and engaging with potential students over the phone
- Understand the student's academic profile and influence them to visit our office for career counseling
- Schedule counseling appointments with the counseling team
- Documents collection
- Maintain active communication & customer relation
- Work from office only
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Freshers can apply
- Qualification : Graduate/Postgraduate
- Excellent English speaking skills. Should be able to understand Telugu & Hindi as well.
- Be able to convince the students patiently and retain them
- Gain the student's confidence and trust.
