Executive/Associate - Lead Generation - IT (1-5 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Identifying qualified client's & try converting that leads into sales opportunity & giving demo of the client platform virtually and in person to potential clients
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
- Researching organisations and individuals online to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Drive revenue by successfully managing a pipeline of prospects from demo to close
- Direct communication with corporate clients to promote our services.
- Connecting with the new clients by growing and maintaining the network.
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Execute an outbound sales strategy targeting the top manufacturing industries that don't currently use client.
- Follow up and qualify contacts for sales demo
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients on to CRM software
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
- Should be experienced in devising sales strategy with a mix of outbound and inside sales
- Gain expertise in Procure 2 Pay process in general and client platform in particular
- Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
- The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation programme, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline and providing demo to qualified leads thereby resulting it into closure
Requirements :
- Experience of 1-3 years in identifying & selling technology or SaaS enterprise solutions to potential customers & pitching the product to heads of Procurement, Finance, Sales, as well as to the CEO & CFO
- Graduation Degree from Tier I / Tier II Colleges (MBA good to have)
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
- Ability to prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Ability to work within and improve sales processes
- Experience in managing pipelines in SaaS platform / SCM
- Skilled at making small talk, street smart with strong spoken & written English
- Experience in a start-up environment is a plus
- Strong communication and IT fluency
- In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events.
