Executive/Associate - Customer Support (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Answering telephone calls, emails & messages for pre - booking sales for EV product.
- Provide WOW experience to the customers who come along.
- Must know how to generate Feedback & work on the feedbacks to satisfy the customer.
- Generate reviews/identify problems & fix the problems.
Requirements :
- Must be friendly and be customer-centric.
- Strong communication skills, must know English and Hindi accompanied with excellent listening skills and patience to have smooth interactions with customers on call.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are a must.
