- Exhibits patience and empathy to resolve customer queries
Working days: 6 days
Female working window: Slot within 7am-9pm (any slots given below) with Rotational week off.
- 7am-4pm
- 8am-5pm
- 9am-6pm
- 10am-7pm
- 11am-8pm
- 12pm-9pm
Male working window : Rotational shift/ Weekoff 24- 7 (any slot)
Rotational weekday off - 6 days working
Salary : Freshers - 15K in hand
Experienced - 22K in hand
- Inbound 90%
- Outbound 10% for E commerce client
- Must have personal Laptop and Wifi (mandatory) - 20 days training in office after that
Temporary WORK FROM HOME (during pandemic). Post pandemic Work From Office (Bangalore)
- Interview will be Face to Face - HR< TL and Operations round
- Education: PUC (Intermediate) or Graduate or Pursuing Graduation
Interview Date: 21st and 22nd Sept
- Interview time: 10 am - 11am
- Joining : Immediate basis
Laptop and wifi madatory - 20 days training in office and after that WFH. Once pandemic over, wfo.
Interview face to face - HR, TL and operations round
