We are hiring for Jaro Education for the Career Development Executive/ Business Development Associate/ Sales Executive/ Business Development Executive role.
Job Description :
- Achieving enrolment targets (End to End B2C Sales).
- Lead generation through cold calling
- Identifying suspects and prospects
- Meeting & Counselling prospective students (working professionals)
- Due to pandemic there won- t be any outdoor meetings in the present situation.
- This is an Office Job not work from home.
Work days - Monday-Saturday(Sundays fixed off)
Work timings - 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Sector : Sales /Business Development/Sales support
Industry : Education/Ed-Tech/E-learning
Preferred Skill Sets :
- Excellent Interpersonal Communication skills. (Face to face and Telephonic conversations)
- Field sales Experience Required
- Sales Drive and resilience.
- Experience in consultative selling.
- Should be target-driven and achievement-oriented.
- Business Development.
- B2B and B2C sales
Locations: Mumbai (Goregaon/Chembur)/ Hyderabad/ Chennai
CTC / Salary: 3.6 lakhs to 6.25 lakhs per annum (Depends on Experience), incentives extra.

1st preference : Candidates working in Executive Education Space, in companies like IIFM, Imaginxp, Upgrad, Imarticus, learning, Simplilearn, Ufaber, edupristine, ITM, RICS school of Amity Business, Amity business academy, Career Labs, Board Infinity, Intellipaat, jigsaw academy, Nulearn, talentedge, grey atom, great learning, edureka, etc.
2nd Preference : Candidates working in K12 Ed-Tech Space, in companies like Unacademy, Vedantu, Toppr, Byju's, Etc. And Candidates working in Insurance, FMCG, Retail Sectors
