Executive/Associate - Business Development - IT Solutions (2-9 yrs)
As a Business development Representative, you will work with a team on a
specific geographic territory to generate qualified leads, identify and maintain relationships with sales prospects
- Making outbound calls for generating appointments for the Sales team.
- Desired candidate would be responsible for generating and qualifying leads through outbound calls and other channels as directed.
- Understand customer needs and adjust Sales Flow to target the benefits most suited to the customer.
- Focus on generating qualified leads through strategic planning, outbound calling, and follow-up to marketing campaigns.
- Following a specific workflow and properly documenting all required steps
- Cold calling would be an integral part of the job, Reps would be expected to make at least 60-100 cold calls each day in the given territory to prospect & generate leads
Requirements:
- Exceptional English conversational skills with American accent
- Genuine interest in talking with customers and prospects and building relationships
- Team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment with minimum supervision
- 2 - 5 years inside sales or business development experience in a high-tech environment
- Proven success with high-volume outbound calling and prospecting
- Expertise in carrying/exceeding quotas
- Strong abilities and proven success in prospecting and lead qualification
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint a plus
- College degree preferred
