Key Areas-
- To acquire new clients in the assigned region.
- To leverage industry-specific knowledge to develop new business & sales strategies. To respond to and follow up sales inquiries on time and effectively.
- To provide rates and services to clients for warehousing solutions / Distribution services and to negotiate rates with the clients keeping in mind the price guidelines given.
- To upsell and cross sell for more business
- To regularly maintain MIS and dashboards
- To follow up on customer communications in a timely and professional manner.
- To maintain strong relationships with key contacts and pitch them for more and more business
- To retain customers and key accounts
