Job Description - Sales Executive/Assistant Manager

We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at [Specify Company Name] Co Working Space. The Sales Executive will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients, nurturing existing relationships, and promoting our co-working space solutions to potential customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Sales Generation : Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking events.

- Client Acquisition : Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and achieve sales targets. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects and actively pursue leads to convert them into customers.

- Proposal and Contract Management : Prepare and present compelling proposals and contracts tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Negotiate terms and conditions to secure new business partnerships.

- Sales Tours : Conduct sales tours of our co-working spaces to showcase amenities, features, and benefits to prospective clients. Provide personalized consultations to address client needs and preferences.

- Client Relationship Management : Cultivate strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings. Conduct market research to identify opportunities for business expansion and differentiation.

- Sales Reporting and Analysis : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue performance. Generate regular reports to track sales metrics, identify trends, and evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies.

- Inventory Management : Monitor and update inventory for all centers, ensuring accurate records of available spaces. Track closures and transactions in the pipeline, adjusting inventory accordingly.

- MIS Updates : Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) daily, recording call activities, follow-ups, and project statuses. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the co-working industry or related sectors.

- Proven track record of success in generating sales leads, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.

- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills, with attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.

- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
