Work Location: MIDC, Andheri East

Experience: For Executive (2-5 Yrs) and For AM (5-7 Yrs)

Budget: For Executive: Upto 35k and For AM: Upto 50k

Working Days: Alternate Saturday's Off

Job Role :


- As a Retail Sales Executive, you will be playing a crucial role in driving sales and revenue for the organization by directly interacting with individual consumers.


- You will be responsible for selling high end jewellery products to individual consumers, understanding their needs, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.


- This role involves a combination of customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Engagement : Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner, assisting them in selecting jewellery pieces that match their preferences and budge.

Product Knowledge : Possess a deep understanding of the jewelry products available, including materials, gemstones, designs, and craftsmanship. Be able to communicate this knowledge effectively to customers

Sales and Upselling : Actively promote and upsell products to customers by suggesting complementary items, explaining the value of certain pieces, and offering promotions or discounts when appropriate

Customer Education : Educate customers about the quality, care, and maintenance of jewellery products, helping them make informed decisions.

Closing Sales : Use effective sales techniques to close deals and achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas

Inventory Management : Keep track of jewellery inventory, manage stock levels, and report on popular items and trends to help with inventory planning

Customer Follow-Up : Maintain contact with customers through various channels, such as email or phone, to nurture relationships and encourage repeat business

Visual Merchandising : Assist in maintaining attractive and organized displays of jewelry in the showroom to enhance the shopping experience

Customer Feedback : Gather and relay customer feedback and preferences to the management team to improve products and services

Adherence to Policies : Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including pricing, payment methods, and return policies.

Qualifications :

Previous experience in B2C sales, preferably in the jewellery industry

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
