Responsibilities and Duties :
- Build a content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing goals
- Creating to the point and innovative articles for multiple platforms like website, social media platforms, banners, email marketings etc
- Proofread and edit the content and submit work to managers for input and approval
- Researching competitors, markets and industry to compare and come up with content that is innovative and native
- Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles
- Identify customers- needs and gaps in our content and provide recommendations
- Check content to ensure compliance with the content regulations(e.g. copyright, plagiarism and data protection)
- Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Qualification :
- A Graduate or Post Graduate Degree in communications, English, Journalism or related fields.
- Good typing Speed
- Proven content writing or copywriting experience.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience - 2-8 years of relevant experience.
Key skills required :
- Adaptability : Must be able to adapt and modify the tones and styles
- Strong Research Skills, Understanding of how content can drive business
- Understanding Of SEO - Fair understanding keywords, meta tags and its implementation in writing
- Ability to meet Deadlines
- Impeccable spelling & grammar
- Prepare well structured drafts using Google Docs
