Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead generation with clientele (existing and new)
- Negotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services.
- Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation, following company's procedure.
- Cold calling and Market research to locate the potential Vendors/Clients.
- To provide timely feedback to the management regarding performance, activity reports and account strategy concerns.
Desired candidates profile :
- Min. 2 years of experience as BDE/BDM
- Any Graduate
- Strong customer focus and leadership, excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
