Executive/Area Sales Manager - Lubricants Business (4-15 yrs)
Will be responsible for handling industrial sales of lubricants for given territory.
- Maintain good relationship with clients & preparation of sales report.
- To maintain rapport with the existing customers & develop new customers.
- Conceptualize/ implement revenue generating business strategies, establish business relations with clients, thereby ensuring higher market share
- Identify prospective clients, generating business from new accounts and developing them to achieve higher market share/ consistent profitability
- Responsible to meet target of Industrial sales for the given territory.
- Appointment of new distributor at various industrial locations in region.
- Conducting trials, providing value addition services to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities within the segment for product application and customer for Industrial Sales
- Drive product & segment strategies providing clear forward plans & objectives for Industrial Sales.
- Review pricing strategy for the responsible products.
- Monitoring & reviewing product life cycle.
- Using competitor intelligence & develop strategies to support the business.
