Executive/Area Sales Manager - Automobile Spare Parts Manufacturing (1-10 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION
Candidates should show demonstrable experience in
1. Field-level sales experience
2. Selling products to dealers/retail outlets/distributors
3. Selling products in a highly competitive market environment
4. Travel to markets in HQ locations
5. Market coverage in cities, towns, districts, villages every month
6. Grab premium positions in a retail store
7. Market-awareness should be precise
8. Justify product quality and price
9. Collection of outstanding amounts from dealers and distributors
A sharp, analytical, focussed, determined, balanced, clear communication, willing to work hard for six days in a week, enjoy receiving incentives & more month after month.
For candidates, who have led a team of people, can be considered for higher positions.
EDUCATION:
Degree/Diploma in any subject/stream of Education is OK.
Joining time - Immediate to 1 month notice is OK with us.
