Job Description : We need a beginner to senior level (1 year to 3 years)

Business Development Executive with following traits :

I. ATTITUDE : 

1. Knows what he is doing and where he stands.

3. Ready to help or ask for help when someone or he is stuck.

4. Ready to take responsibility and accountability for the projects and clients.

5. Ready to take challenges and input the best efforts to achieve the goal.

II. Technical Skills : 

1. Excellent communication skills with ability to create custom cover letters and apply on projects to generate leads. Also should be able to convert them into prospects individually (with technical help from TLs).

2. Ability to take clear and concise notes from client meetings/discussions to create project documents (SOW/ETAs/MOM/Story) for the development team and also kick off the project by taking the PIM (Project Initiation Meeting).

3. Clear knowledge of SDLC and overview of Web/Mobile Designing and development using any programming language.

4. Able to understand difference between different type of CMSs and Frameworks and when to suggest/use the same to client.

5. Able to handle the client queries and give daily status to ensure client is happy and project is on right path and finally take sign off with good rating/feedback and pipelining client for future projects.

6. Able to handle the juniors amicable and help them with queries to support them in growing.
