We are looking for a BD - Publisher Development (CPS). This is a role for anyone ready to help the team as much help possible to bring in more Sales. Along with a keen eye to check the performance as and when needed. As a Publisher Development Executive, you will be at the forefront of expanding our publisher/affiliate base for CPS affiliate campaigns. Your responsibilities will include :
- Publisher Prospecting : Identifying and reaching out to potential publishers that align with our values and objectives.
- Relationship Building : Establishing strong and enduring relationships with publishers, negotiating agreements, and ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Strategy Development : Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create and implement effective publisher acquisition strategies.
- Market Insight : Staying informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform our strategies.
What we are looking For :
- Proven experience in publisher development, and business development within the digital media industry.
- Industry Knowledge : A deep understanding of the digital publishing landscape.
- Communication Skills : Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport.
- Self-motivated : A self-starter who can work independently and take initiative.
- Language Skills : Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
