Executive - Affiliate Marketing - FMCG (3-6 yrs)

Skills :
Familiarity with affiliate marketing networks and search engine marketing; proven record in negotiation and management of online media campaigns; knowledge in ad-serving technologies, experience in campaign management,excellent time management and project management skills; strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to multi-task, work under pressure and work well independently and in a team setting.
Specific work elements :
- Maintaining and developing affiliate marketing programs, recruiting new affiliate partners
- Monitoring affiliate practices
- Negotiating and evaluating affiliate advertising agreements
- Maintaining relationships with affiliates and partners
- Regularly monitoring campaign performance
- Compiling and submitting campaign performance reports
- Providing monthly invoices to affiliate partners and handling the buying, renegotiation of rates, renewing or canceling media placements and other advertising programs.
Experience Requirements :
- The candidate should possess a master's degree in marketing, advertising, or a similar field; should have at least 4 years of experience in affiliate network marketing and should have hands-on experience in the FMCG category.
