The Job :
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing campaigns across multiple channels (web, social media, email, etc.)
- Recruit, manage, and optimize relationships with affiliate partners
- Negotiate commissions, track affiliate performance, and ensure compliance with program terms
- Create engaging content (blog posts, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, etc.) to promote products/services
- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to align affiliate marketing efforts with business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform changes (e.g. Amazon Associates, ShareASale, Commission Junction)
Ideal Candidate :
- 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or a related field (digital marketing, marketing, sales)
- Proven track record of success in affiliate marketing
- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms, tools, and strategies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- You have the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences.
- You are a creative marketing professional, preferably with a strong content creation and writing background.
- You have working knowledge of Affiliate Marketing, analytical Skills, networking, digital marketing and content writing
- Experience within would be a strong advantage
