We are looking for an enthusiastic Telesales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships.

An effective telesales representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

- Responsible for all the phases of renewal sales process, proactively contacting customers with expiring contracts,generating renewal quotes, ensuring renewals are complete.

- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls

- To convince the prospects and conference calls through calling

- Contacting and maintaining a good relationship with the customers regularly throughout the year

- Maintaining high customer retention rates through the development of strong relationships with them

- Effectively communicating with external customers regarding renewal enquiries

- Interacting with other departments to meet and deliver customer requirements

- Leveraging the renewal activity to promote incremental product sales

- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region

Strong desire to excel in sales environment

Min 6 months experience in sales (Voice Process / Field)

Eligibility :

- Any Graduate/ undergraduate With minimum of 1 - 3 years Experience in outbound sales process of life insurance/credit cards/ loans/ health

Languages : one or two local language & English, good communication skills.
