Responsibilities :
- Website monetization via various ad networks like Google Ad exchange, OpenX, Rubicon and Criteo.
- Ad-trafficking and ad-management of all online advertising campaigns via GAM/DFP.
- Ensure appropriate tracking is in place for all relevant parties to accurately measure and help achieve campaign objectives.
- Monitor campaign deliver and suggest optimization solutions to publishers.
- Ensure DFP/GAM set-up is all working and accurate.
- Proven experience of ad operations and business growth
- Proficient in ad serving systems a must (DFP preferred).
- Basic knowledge of Google Analytics and AdSense and AdWords Display
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Google Spreadsheet.
- Familiarity and understanding of current digital advertising offerings and products.
Qualifications :
- Ideal candidates should have knowledge of ad serving technologies, SEO, and Google Analytics.
- Strong knowledge & familiarity with Internet advertising models, ad optimization, audience trends, Google analytics, and data management.
- A strong set of existing relationships with large publishers at the VP Sales level, VP/Director, Ad Ops, and comfortable with running c-level.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills and impeccable business judgment; professional distinction in thought leadership and innovation.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to be personable yet persistent.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong written, presenting & oral communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to learn, take charge, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- High energy, self-motivated and passionate about working in a fast-paced startup environment.
