Executive - Ad Operation - IT (2-4 yrs)
- Work closely with the sales team to build campaigns as per the advertiser/agency requirements and to discuss with the clients and understand their requirements for better delivery.
- Need to create a plan for campaign and setup, deliver to meet the advertiser/agency's KPI for campaign to campaign. Candidate must be proactive in finding solutions to the campaigns that are not delivering as per the plan.
- Prepare day-to-day optimization reports and optimize the campaign to reach the daily cap. Coordinate with the publisher team for the traffic for the campaigns to reach the daily goals.
- Take ownership of their campaigns to reach the budget in order to reach the daily/weekly/monthly target. Need to prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for the team meetings/calls.
- To provide technical support to the client for the post-back integrations for the performance-oriented campaigns. Coordinate with the technical team for the advertiser queries and need to give solutions.
- Need to give demos/training to the internal teams/clients whenever required. Coordinate with the finance team for Invoice/collection and related queries.
Preferred experience :
- MBA or equivalent required
- Experience with a Mobile or Internet company and understanding of digital and mobile advertising is an added advantage
- Strong understanding of and interest in the impact of Mobile technologies on the consumption of media across the world.
- Strong partner communication and good MS Excel knowledge are a must
- Willingness and desire to be a key individual contributor and a strong team player
