Job Title : Academic Support Executive

Job Summary : We are seeking an Academic Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be customer-focused and have a strong understanding of academic support. In this role, you will be responsible for providing information and support to our students to ensure their success in our programs.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and understand the needs of students and provide relevant information and support to ensure their academic success.

- Handle student queries and provide timely, accurate and effective responses.

- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistent delivery of support to students.

- Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our programs and academic offerings to effectively assist students.

- Monitor and track student progress and provide ongoing support as needed.

- Liaise with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition for students from enrollment to program completion.

- Collaborate with the after-sales team to provide post-program support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Experience in customer service or support is preferred.

- Familiarity with academic support and understanding of student needs.
