Execuitve - Social Media Marketing (1-5 yrs)
Job Description :
We are looking for a candidate who can manage our client social media accounts and show month on month performance organically and via paid campaign to reach higher number or audience and build brand visibility that eventually leads to engagement and conversion
- Activites and KPI that candidate should be achieving organically
- Design social media strategies to achieve marketing targets for client
- Creating the content calendar
- Manage, create and publish original, high-quality content
- Coming up with ideas & implementing online events & contests for clients
- Capture and analyse the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices
- Achieve marketing targets through design of social media strategies
- Keep content on social media up-to-date
- Collaborate and communicate with writers and designers to ensure content is appealing and informative for end-users
- Collaborate with Marketing and Client Success teams to create social buzz regarding new promotions and product launches
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on web traffic and ROI
- Communicate with industry professionals via social media to create a strong network
- Train internal teams on social media strategy in order to maintain a cohesive internal and personal brand strategy across social media.
- Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices

- Understanding client requirements
- Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Create Social Media Paid strategy to achieve client goals
- Conduct research to understand our target audience's preferences, behaviors, and interests, and use this information to tailor content and engagement strategies.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including paid advertising campaigns across channels
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Preparing weekly monthly analytics reports for clients
- Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies and social media best practices
Skills Required
- 1 year of experience.
- Proven experience in social media platform.
- Good communication skills.
