Job Description
- Outreach to prospective clients through cold-calling, e-mails and LinkedIn and regular follow-ups as required, for achieving signups and job postings.
- Understand customer needs/ requirements and educate them accordingly.
- Conducting market research and identifying the list of potential clients for outreach.
- Verification of the new clients acquired and vetting their job postings for approval.
- Building relationship with existing clients, and farming them to ensure retention and repeat job postings.
- Maintain a sales tracker and funnel with the pipeline, client conversions and job postings.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Able to work in a fast spaced environment
- Ability to do market research and source leads
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of additional languages would be an added advantage.
- Quick learner and team player
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
