Execuitve - Customer Success - IT Sales (5-10 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored IT hardware solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical features to customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and follow up on leads.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
- Assist in resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT hardware or technology sales.
- Strong understanding of IT hardware products and solutions (servers, storage, networking equipment, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
