Frankfinn is looking for highly motivated and skilled professionals to join our -Super 30- team as Outbound Calling Executives. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong background in outbound calling within a BPO environment.

- Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to leads provided by the company.

- Persuade potential customers to attend free walk-in seminars organized by Frankfinn.

- Achieve daily target of securing 4 walk-ins.

- Maintain consistent performance to ensure incentives are earned every month.

- Requirements :

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outbound calling (BPO).

- Strong communication skills in English.

- No experience gap exceeding 15 days.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

- Must have a consistent history of earning incentives in previous roles.

- Salary Package :

- INR 22,000 to INR 30,000 per month, based on the candidate's last drawn salary.

- Additional performance-based incentives provided monthly.
